ThaliaDB maize Dataverse (INRA - Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique)
This dataverse contains genotyping datasets and files (raw/imputed/nonimputed/filtered/elaborate) and phenotyping datasets (elaborate) useful for diversity analysis, GWAS, Genomics selection, for maize species, obtained in multiple collaborative projects leaded/in partnership by/with UMR Genetic Quantative and Evolution - The Moulon (A. Charcosset et al, GQMS team). These datasets and all the information associated and interoperability with external information systems such as URGI GnpIS information system, are maintained in ThaliaDB database (Web tool, D. Steinbach et al. unpublished 2018) at GQE-Le moulon.
